Hello, dear Host Family! How are you? My name is Kristin, I am 18 years old, and I come from Samosir Island, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Samosir is located in the middle of Lake Toba, the largest volcanic lake in the world. I graduated from high school last year and was an active student in the Scout Club and the Flag Raising Team. I am patient, caring, responsible, and hardworking. In my free time, I enjoy cycling, swimming, hiking, cooking, singing, and traveling. I speak English confidently and am currently studying German at the beginning of the B1 level. I also passed the Goethe A1 exam with a score of 93. I have childcare experience from taking care of my little sister (2yo) since she was born, looking after my younger cousins(3-16) and volunteering at a kindergarten. These experiences taught me to be patient, creative, and responsible. I want to become an Au Pair because I love spending time with children, want to improve my language skills, experience a new culture, and prepare for my future studies in Pedagogy.
